You’ll have a background in building related industries which means you can read plans, know about council regulations and help clients understand simple building things.

In the past you would have been frustrated with politics and the red tape of larger businesses, or the disorganisation of smaller employers so you really couldn’t hit your top gears.

The Products

You will be selling Glass Pool Fencing & Glass Balustrade Systems from our office in Noble Park, Melbourne to customers all around Australia.

Your knowledge of building, plans and regulations is all we need at this stage, but if you know about glass pool fencing as well, that would be great.

We have a web based business so all leads will be coming to you. We only get qualified leads, so when you get on the phone with them, you’ll know they are ready, willing and able to buy.

Your Package

You’ll start on a decent salary based on your experience and what you bring to the business with the potential of uncapped commissions

This position is a technical sales role, you’ll need to be able to read plans and design customer specific solutions.

It's an easy online questionnaire that determines your personality type, and we use that as a guide as well as your work history and experience combined with a one on one interview to select the best candidate for the position.

2. Once you have completed the assessment save the PDF file to your computer.


3. Open the DISC assessment and go to page 2, on the page it has "Your DISC Style:" Copy that name and letters as you will need these in the next step.

Now that's not what we are looking for its just an example


 4. Take a photo of your drivers licence and save them to your computer

            • Drivers Licence number

5. Have a copy of your resume/CV saved on your computer
