We are adding to our growing team and need a admin trainee to join our team



What does the role involve?

    • General administration functions such as mail, scanning, filling and photocopying
    • Handle a variety of administration tasks as required and directed
    • Assist and support internal staff with general clerical duties
    • Produce document including writing text from notes or taking shorthand
    • Assist with office management functions
    • Handle internal or external enquiries
    • Maintain software databases
    • Manage records, basic accounts payable and receivable
    • General banking
    • Data Entry
    • Customer service
    • To be a good fit for this position, you’ll need the following:
    • Have a current Victorian drivers licence with own car, with a clean driving record
    • High Level of attention to detail
    • Prior experience in a high work volume environment is advantageous. The role is required to respond to a high number of inbound calls per day.
    • Ability to operate and use Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
    • An excellent work ethic and positive attitude in the workplace
    • Ability to work effectively as a team member and contribute to the achievement of team objectives
    • Strong customer service skills
    • High level verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise own work
    • Quick and willing learner with initiative
    • Respect for confidentiality and privacy of client information and files
    • Friendly, honest and reliable in attendance and performance of duties

2. Once you have completed the assessment save the PDF file to your computer.


3. Open the DISC assessment and go to page 2, on the page it has "Your DISC Style:" Copy that name and letters as you will need these in the next step.

Now that's not what we are looking for its just an example


 4. Take a photo of your drivers licence and save them to your computer

            • Drivers Licence number

5. Have a copy of your resume/CV saved on your computer
